Description
This method will replicate the company records to the operational tables (en_mstr).
All existing companies, based on the ID-List that was passed as input parameter will be loaded into the instance.
All the loaded companies will be replicated to operational tables.
If for any reason the company record already exist, the company record will be overridden.
PostCondition
All companies from the parameters list are replicated to the operational tables.
PreCondition
The instance of BMfgEntity can not be started yet.
