method ApiUpdateCInvoiceFromAPM

Description

This method is called from receiver matching, this method will update the invoice amount TC and LC and will also update the CInvoiceVat, no postings will be created here and also no voucher will be retrieved because initial status doesn't change in this method, because this method is called when they push a button on the UI of the Matching

Parameters

tApiCInvoiceWHT	input	temp-table	temp-table like the CInvoiceVat table
